Standard Reception Package
Featuring:
- Personalized event coordination from the day you book, until the end of the reception. You will always be able to be in constant contact with your event planner
- One MC/DJ to Coordinate and direct all of your special events throughout the entire evening, from the grand entrance, to the last dance, and every detail in between
- Up to 6 hours of continuous music and entertainment. This includes cocktail hour music as well as dinner and dancing. (you will not be charged for set up and break down times)
- Premium sound system
- All LED elegant light show
- Wireless microphone for all of the toasts and special announcements.
Upgraded Reception Package
This package includes everything from the Standard Reception Package plus:
- Custom Monogram: Most commonly projected on the dance floor, a monogram is a perfect way to add a touch of class to your wedding reception. Monograms can also be projected on walls or ceilings.
- Confetti Hand Streamers: Add some color and style to your grand entrance with our confetti hand streamers. Colorful, and mess free strands of confetti that clean up quickly
- Bubbles: A shower of bubbles around you as you dance together for the 1st time as husband and wife. Great for pictures and popular for the kids attending the reception
- Fog: Fog machines add atmosphere to the party and enhance the mood of the dance floor by illuminating focused LED lighting and lasers as they pass through the venue.
- Up lighting: Add an elegant color wash to the walls of your venue for added Style and beauty
Epic Reception Package
This package includes everything from the Upgraded Reception Package plus:
- Hidden Video: As real and as raw as it gets... a hidden camera mounted inside our light truss captures everything that happens on the dance floor, and records it directly to a DVD that you get to take home that night.
- Keepsake Video: A video slide show that tells the story of your lives. we show this on a projection screen immediately proceeding your first dance. Also provided on a DVD for you to take home that night
- Highlight Video: A professionally edited 10 to 15 minute video highlighting all the events of your special day. This will be edited and sent to you a week after the event on DVD. This can also be sent to you in digital format for you to share through email or via your favorite social networking site
Ceremony Service
EPIC BEATS can also provide you with all the necessary music and equipment needed when you make the walk down the isle. This includes a wireless lapel microphone for the pastor, and wireless microphones for any others who will be speaking or singing
